Quevyn Winters officially signs with Washington

"We’re excited to add Quevyn to our program," Washington coach Lorenzo Romar said in a statement released by the school. "He’ll bring a multitude of intangibles to Seattle as a kid who has a history of winning. He’s already played Division I basketball and averaged almost 10 points as a freshman at Duquesne before playing in the junior college national championship game for Indian Hills. He’s a very good shooter with a lot of experience and we’re delighted to have him."

James Sample to Play at Louisville

It looks like former Husky James Sample ended up at another D-1 program. Good for him. I hope things work out well for the kid. Bobby Petrino seems happy to have landed him.

Ernie Kent is now a Coug

Looks like Wazzu has made it's choice. Hmm.....

Montgomery Makes it Official

Now two Pac-12 schools are looking for new head coaches ... though I'm pretty sure Wazzu's coaching search just got a whole lot more difficult.

Ken Bone is Out as the Coug Basketball Coach

I can't say this was unexpected ... in my mind the only question was when this was going to happen ... well, it's official now.

Doug Nussmeier is doing good things in recruiting for Michigan

Mr. Nussmeier is continuing to impress wherever he ends up. Now he's making waves on the recruiting trail for the Wolverines. This is an insightful article ... give it a read.

Cooper receives 2 medical redshirt years from NCAA

This means he received an ordinary redshirt for the first ACL tear, and two medical redshirt years for the second and third ACL tears. If Coop can stay healthy, expect to see him in the purple and gold through the 2016 season. Talk about senior leadership!

Finally something that I dislike about Chris Petersen

Hootie and the Blowfish blasting at UW practice. I think we've found Petersen's fav band.

RB Myles Gaskin commits to Washington

Very nice pick up for Washington as Chris Petersen looks to secure the borders around a very strong in-state class for 2015.

Keith Price Memoirs

KP17 is writing some articles for USA Today about his thoughts, life and anything else he wants to put in leading up to the draft. It's pretty enlightening ... if you ask me. "As a junior, I tried to shoulder the load a lot of times and ended up costing my team the game. I never had to deal with so much controversy. I had to deal with people questioning if I should be the starter or not."
