They have looked absolutely horrible so far. Down 14-0 at the start of the second quarter. They have had a punt blocked for a Utah State TD, and a fumbled snap, and just fumbled on a kickoff (though they recovered on their 5). Their offense cannot move the ball whatsoever (Jordan Wynn is 1-4 for 2 yards).

Utah State's offense game plan is to spread out Utah and attack the outside. Options and WR screens seem to be working and have kept Star Lotulelei at bay. Definitely a lot of good tape so far for UW coaches to look at and the second quarter just started.

Although it is very early the teams that most thought would be the second tier teams in the pack have struggled tremendously, which will bode well for UW if they don't figure it out soon.
