Editorial: UW Football should remember it's a public institution

In prohibiting reporters from reporting about injuries at football practice, the University of Washington forgets its responsibility as a public institution. (I just love it when the Pullman-centric editorial board of the Seattle Times weighs in on what is really a non-issue.)
