Devon Blackmon has decided to transfer from Oregon to UW. Blackmon is a redshirt freshman this year who hasn't seen the field much as a WR. He has tremendous speed (4.4 range) and was a big recruit in high school with offers from USC, Bama, and Florida among others. Big get for the Dawgs who have been recruiting very well. Hopefully they can keep most/all of their current commits and they will have a very solid class.
