I'm pretty happy with the season. Sure, it could have been better but I could also adjust the font so I wouldn't have to take my glasses off to read what I'm typing. The one thing that stood out to me this year was the fact that a few players seemed to "get it" near the end of the year. I think that bodes well for the future.
The difference between the in-season Nebraska game and the Holiday Bowl was a testament to that....aside from Jake, but he did what he had to do. Now we've got the remodel and the Price/Montana question. Price first in my book because although he didn't leap out as something awesome, he was at least competent when put in in pretty tough situations. He did what he was supposed to do. Maintain the situation until something else was called for. Cool.
I also want to thank Lear again for maintaining the pick 'em. With his schedule that had to be a bitch and I had a lot of fun with it because I got so lucky with my guesses. Kudos to John for attracting such a great audience and I'm looking forward to next season!
Go Huskies, especially through whatever happens with the b-ball team.
