Narrative of Husky Stadium remodel

If this is what we really end up with, I couldn't be happier.  I'm certainly not concerned with losing 1,300 seats.  I love the fact that an even higher percentage will now be between the end zones.  This is going to be loud.

The west end entrance and football operations building sounds fantastic.  I love the idea of the glass over the tunnel.

I certainly hope the design includes the ability to add a west upper deck in the future.

WOW! Impressive and having it on Lake Washington…unreal. Location, location location! Thanks for posting! Can’t wait to see the pics probably with a fund raising party for donors the night before.

Can't wait to see what it's going to look like

I’m curious as to how 8 more rows of seats will change the perception of the field. And I love teh glass tunnel touch.

All I saw was purple

New Photos And Video Of Revamped Husky Stadium

Did any of you guys check those out? I thought the football operations building was going to be more of a multiple story type of thing? These renderings appear to make it more of a spread out two to three story facility. What do you guys think? I mean it still looks Nick Holt AWESOME!! but just different in that respect. I love how the seats will be so close to the field! GO DAWGS!!

Keep in mind that the contract hasn’t been signed yet, which means the details are still up in the air. I doubt much changes from those renders, but they aren’t final yet. I think they released these renders as part of the fundraising efforts to get people excited about the project.
