Here is the USC public safety report that said a ``student was cited to Judicial Affairs for violating a team curfew and being under the influence of a controlled substance.''
That was USC tailback Dillon Baxter, who was suspended today for the season-opener against Hawaii. A source within the football program DPS officers smelled marijuana in the dorm where Baxter and the football team stay in during training camp.
