Washington State broke its 16 game Pac 10 losing streak by spanking Oregon State at home 31-14. Congrats to the Coug fans who visit the blog. The Cougs shut out the Beavers in the first half.

Oregon survived a huge scare in Berkeley to beat the Bears 15-13. A two point conversion after touchdown in the second quarter turned out to be the game winner for the Ducks. Giorgio Tavecchio missed a 29-yard field goal in the fourth quarter for Cal.

Stanford struggled to beat ASU 17-13. The decider was a late fourth quarter TD run by Owen Marecic to cap off a Anrew Luck engineered drive.

USC held on to beat Arizona 24-21 on the road in Tucson. the Trojans were able to get out to an early 14-10 lead and the Wildcats were never able to catch up.

Notre Dame handed #14 Utah its second loss in a row with a 28-3 win in South Bend. The Irish are now 5-5 with games remaining with Army and USC.

Wisconsin pounded Indiana 83-20...sounds like more of a basketball score.
