The only civil way to settle the Crazi / Lear debate!

Fantasy College Football!

I was going to wait until it got closer to the start of the season.  However, I noticed on the Oregon SBN blog that they have already started their league, and I for one, will not stand for them beating us at anything anymore.  I have created the "UW Dawg Pound" leage at CBS Sportsline.   I have 10 spots available so if you're interested, get the details at the link listed above, or contine reading after the jump.

Star-divide

The league can be accessed directly by going here (click the link on the right side of the screen to join).  You will need to create a list of your top "draft picks" in each of the positions (QB, RB, WR, TE, K, Def/ST).  The draft will be held on August 29th, it will be automated since I know alot of us live outside of the Pacific Time Zone. The full rules can be found here (you must login or create an account first).  I don't have prizes or anything special, but you will earn the respect of all the competitors (at least it's something...right?).

Hopefully Crazi and Lear will join, and we can settle the great Spread/Pro offense debate once and for all!

I’m definite interested, but I just got a call to go on a long all night trip, I won’t be able to get to it until Monday.

Crazi - Aren't you up for the challenge?

This is my first time EVER playing fantasy football, so there are no excuses for you not to join.

Come on Crazi...

it’ll be a good time! JB are you in?

Me...

I think you guys should put it all together and do it.

Right now it is a little tough for me to commit to any more than I am doing since I have been ramping up a new business over the past six months. Most of our development is over and we are currently recruiting and training a nationwide network of dealers so my plate is a little full.

On a sidenote if any of you are sales oriented and looking for a great opportunity or just have an interest feel free to contact me at j.berkowitz@medequote.com.

If I can budget the time…and if it isn’t too time consuming I could be a player.

I'm taking my ball and going home!

I’m not up to it. I think the spread is fine for college football. I just prefer the pro style over any other college offense.

Someone play in my place, I’m going to be rather busy up until the season starts. Wife and I are in the middle of purchasing a new home, vacation is right around the corner, and when I get back it’s college football Saturday.

I’m actually tired of the debate: Spread vs. Pro

All I saw was purple

Don't blame ya crazi...

…some guys are into the fantasy stuff and some aren’t. I don’t do it either.

The Crazi / Lear thing was a joke

I just like fantasy football. Although I get the other side who hates it. I can’t do the live draft / fanatical 30 hour a week stuff that some guys do. I just thought it’d be fun. Glad to see you’re laying to rest the debate though.

Smart Call

I don’t blame you one bit. When it comes to stats and scoring, you just can’t beat guys running the spread offense!!

Fantasy

It is a weekly commitment. To do it well you need to spend some time on it and is life gets more complicated you have to make choices…you can’t do it all!

I can relate to that!

August 29th is the draft

I don’t recall how the numbering is being established…but the draft order for all rounds is in the rules on the website. It does cycle so everyone gets x amount of 1st picks (1st per round).

The draft will be automated (don’t have the time for a live draft) on August 29th. Basically you rank your best players by position and the best available on your list will be taken.

At last check there were 5 spots left. We need to fill at least one more in order to play. If there are an odd amount of players, the last person in will be kicked to make it even.

If you can join up!
