It's early but

Good lord Isaiah Thomas is playing like everything we could have ever hoped for.

Amaning and Gant still can't hold onto rebounds

Same issue as last year they get their hands on everything but come down too hard, often without the ball.

Thoughts...

1. Guards look good
2. Breshers has a nice touch from the line (better than Brock…)
3. Pondexter is trying too hard.

Suggs looks impressive

Unbelieveable talent on the Huskies

Isaiah has it all going on right now.

Keep that up all season, he’ll be talked about on espn quite a bit. And Suggs sure does look impressive.

Oregon State gonna lose to Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Not good for them. Maybe 6th was too high in my preseason rankings…

Amazing game for Isaiah. New career high in points.

Pondexter taking over for Brockman’s rebounds good, but it looks like he feels he has to carry the team, trying way too hard. I wanted to get a feel of how good Gaddy would be tonight, but he didn’t take many shots so that will have to wait.

1-0!

Cassino Great Job

It’s early and stilll football season but that was a nice response…..Huskies were lucky to edge out this team that will go deep in the tournament in March.

Thanks John

I’m just glad Wright State didnt have all their players, otherwise we may have had another Portland-esque game to open this season without the excuse of opening on the road.

Wright State is a quality team this year. Without Isaiah Thomas’ heroics we likely would have lost this game. Butler better be on the lookout, because WSU isn’t going to roll over and hand them the Horizon League title.

I'll say this about Wright State

If they don’t win the Horizon, they aren’t finishing 3rd.

A game like this is good for delivering a wake up call. Obviously we need some of these guys to step up inside. The problem with a lot of four star players is they don’t bring their lunch buckets inside.
