Thanks Jack for the heads up!
I thought we could all use something to cheer ourselves up. This is an excellent documentary of a time that few are still alive to vividy remember. This was the game were Alabama became a national power. It was also the game that two of the greatest players of their era squared off, Johnny Mack Brown of Alabama and George Wilson of Washington.
I think this is kind of cool to add to our archives.
I have some great tapes
including the “All I saw was Purple” game that I can watch when it gets too depressing.
A bunch of bowl game tapes as well.
5 more weeks of this crap then the healing can begin. It’s a looooong wait.
I have the “100 Hundred Years of Husky FB” book that chronicles that game and Wilson too.
Derek Johnson does a good job with the DJ years book too.
